The Beginning...

I didn’t always call myself spiritual. I actually rejected this part of myself for a long time.

But looking back, it was always there. Mixing herbs and water as a child. Knowing things I couldn’t explain. Feeling things deeply. My connection to the ocean.

I didn’t understand it, and I spent a lot of time feeling like I was too much.

Alongside that, there was childhood trauma, emotional shutdown and years of working in the Criminal Justice System. I was used to getting on with things, living in my head and ignoring what was happening in my body. Until I burnt out. Again.

Something had to change, and that meant being honest with myself about things I’d spent years avoiding. There was a lot of ugly crying involved.

The Gateway Drugs...

Around ten years ago, I found tarot and Reiki. The gateway drugs of spirituality, as I like to call them. They blew the bloody doors off.

Since then, I’ve become a Reiki Master Teacher, trained in shamanic practice and regression, developed my psychic gifts and gone much deeper into spellwork, ritual, working with spirit and God's and Goddesses.

I’ve tried things that worked, things that didn’t, and things I eventually realised weren’t for me.

One of the biggest lessons has been learning to trust my own intuition without needing someone else to confirm everything. That took time. It’s also a huge part of what I teach now.

Who am I now?

I’m a Shadow Priestess, Ritual Guide, spellwork teacher and psychic channel, based in Newport, Wales.

I create custom spellwork, teach Spell School in Newport and Bristol, and work with people through online teaching and mentorship.

I love getting people involved. Herbs on the table, sleeves rolled up, learning what goes into a working and then actually doing it.

You can follow a spell you found online, but do you understand why you’re using those ingredients? What are you asking for? Does that working even make sense for your situation?

That’s the stuff I want to teach you. So you can make your own decisions and create your own spellwork.

The same goes for your spiritual gifts. I want to help you understand how they show up for you and learn how to use them.

How I work...

Alongside my spiritual work, I have a professional background in trauma-informed practice. That experience comes with me into the way I teach, guide and support people.

I know what it’s like to doubt yourself, feel overwhelmed and wonder what the fuck you’re supposed to do with everything you’re experiencing.

You can ask questions here. You can say you don’t understand. You can disagree with me.

I’ll teach you what I know and share my experiences, but yours might be different. Spirit doesn’t communicate with everyone in exactly the same way, and your practice doesn’t need to be a copy of mine.

I want you to leave understanding more about yourself, what you’re working with and how to take it further. With the confidence to trust your own judgement, rather than needing me to make every decision for you.
