Readings (Tarot, Psychic, Spiritual Services)
Due to the nature of the service, all readings are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
This is because you are paying for my time, energy, and expertise – not for a physical product that can be returned.
Under UK consumer law:

You have the right to cancel before a reading begins if you change your mind.

Once the reading has started, you are no longer entitled to a refund.

Readings are for entertainment and/or spiritual guidance purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Cosmetic & Handmade Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened cosmetic or skincare products (this includes oils, sprays, salts, balms, etc.).
This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude refunds for:

Personalised or custom-made items

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom Spell Work
All custom spells are made to order for your specific intention, so they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
