Inside Sovereign

Sovereign is a 3-month private mentorship for women who want to explore their spiritual gifts and work with them, but find themselves overthinking, second-guessing or wondering whether they’re just making it all up.

Your connection to spirit is personal, and there is room here to discover what that looks and feels like for you. I’m here to help you recognise your gifts, develop your discernment and build trust in your own way of working, rather than teach you to be a version of me.

Together, we work with psychic guidance, energy reading, shadow work, ritual, somatic practices and intuitive development, shaped around where you are and what you want to explore. That also means making space for the fears, beliefs and patterns that come up when you begin trusting yourself.

I want you to feel more grounded in your body, more confident in your spiritual practice and more able to act on what you learn about yourself. Because your spirituality needs to support you in everyday life too - in your boundaries, your choices and how you respond when things get difficult.

What People Aren't Telling You...

Everyone tells you to “trust your intuition”, but how are you supposed to do that when you’re questioning every bloody thing that comes through?

Very few people talk about what gets in the way.

When your body doesn't feel safe, your mind works overtime to protect you. You overthink. You question yourself. You look outside yourself for answers because trusting your own inner knowing doesn't feel safe, so you hang on the words of others rather than sat in your power.

In Sovereign, we don't just focus on developing your intuition. We create the conditions for you to hear it. We explore your spiritual gifts alongside the fears, beliefs and patterns that make it difficult to trust them. 

Your connection to spirit might look completely different from mine, and I want you to have the confidence to explore that. To understand how things come through for you, ask questions, use your discernment and build trust through your own experience.

  • Spiritual gifts & intuitive development to explore how you experience spirit, practise working with your gifts and develop your discernment.
  • Putting it into practice to take what you discover into your choices, boundaries, relationships and spiritual work, with space to reflect together on how it’s going.
