I’m opening space for one apprentice to work closely with me in the ongoing running and growth of my spiritual business.
This is a long-term apprenticeship rooted in real craft, practical experience, and direct mentorship. It’s designed for someone who wants to learn how this work is actually done - from ritual stock creation through to events, retreats, and the operational side of a spiritual business.
This apprenticeship involves access to confidential methods, processes, and intellectual property.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required.
What the Apprenticeship Involves
Operations & Systems
- Managing and updating the website
- Updating and organising stock in the online shop
- Keeping offerings organised, live, and accurate
Ritual Stock Creation
- Supporting batch-making and stock preparation days with me in person
- Learning how I plan, prepare, and execute product creation
- Understanding herb drying, material preparation, timing, and craft
Events & Retreats
- Supporting planning, venue research, and logistics for events and retreats
- Helping coordinate timelines and practical details
- Attending events when needed.
This apprenticeship is active and contribution-based - you won’t be observing, you’ll be participating and learning by doing
What You Receive:
This apprenticeship includes structured, ongoing mentorship.
You will receive:
- 1 hour of 1:1 mentorship every two weeks
- Space for integration between sessions
- Direct teaching on:
Spiritual business building
Ethical container holding
Product creation and craft transmission
Translating spiritual work into sustainable offerings
This mentorship is a core part of the exchange and reflects the depth of learning offered.
Retreat & Event Access
As part of this apprenticeship:
- Day retreats are included at no cost
- Overnight retreats are optional; if you attend, you cover your accommodation only
This allows you to experience how retreats and group containers are run from the inside.

- One in-person batch-making or creation day
- Ongoing remote support (website, stock management, planning)
The exact rhythm will be agreed together and reviewed periodically. This is a container we co-create. It is professional, skills-based and designed for mutual respect and clarity.

Is this a paid position?
No. This is a mentorship-led apprenticeship and skills exchange rather than salaried employment. The value is estimated at £900 per month of services provided in exchange

Can I use what I learn to create my own offerings?
You CANNOT repeat my exact offerings, but you will gain the skills and support to craft your own products, containers and events.

This apprenticeship involves an approximate commitment of 8–12 hours per month, depending on stock creation cycles, events, and planning needs.
